# Download the document

`GET https://api.signwithsigil.com/v1/pacts/{uid}/document.pdf`

The PDF exactly as it was sent, before anyone signed. Its SHA-256 is the pact's `sent_sha256`.

## Authorization

Header `Authorization: Bearer sgk_…` (or `X-Api-Key: sgk_…`).

## Path parameters

- `uid` (string, required): The pact's 8-character id. Not case-sensitive.

## Response

`200 OK`: The PDF (`application/pdf`), as an attachment named after the pact's title.

## Errors

| Status | When |
|---|---|
| 401 | The API key is missing, wrong or revoked. |
| 403 | The account's plan does not include API access (Pro and Business do). |
| 404 | No such pact, or its document is not available. |

Every error body is `{ "error": "message" }`.
